When you enroll in the program, you receive lifetime access to the course materials (including future program updates!), as well as recipes delivered via app. You will also receive 6-month access to the Weight Release Shift Membership, which gives you access to bi-weekly live group coaching calls, bonus expert content and access to our private community of like-minded women.
Many of the recipes are plant-based, but the plan does include some animal products, such as eggs. However, if you follow a plant-based diet, the program offers enough options to customize the approach for your needs.
Yes! Most of the recipes are low in carbs, however, the program does not follow a traditional keto diet, nor it includes any ketogenic supplements. If you wish to follow the keto diet, you will receive enough knowledge in this program to help you, but some further modifications may be needed.
Yes, all the recipes can be made gluten-free in this program.
